How Does SweetSpot Work?

How To Install SweetSpot HitMarker

Simply attach SweetSpot HitMarker to your bat, and adjust the center of the product to the sweetspot of your bat. If you aren’t sure how to find the sweetspot, you can find out here. Once set up, place a ball on a tee and take your first swing. The mark should be right in the middle of the cross, and although we already know you are incredible at baseball, we aren’t perfect, and chances are you were slightly off. Now, keeping the tee in the same place, take another swing, but adjust your swing from where you missed the SweetSpot last time. Better? Great! Keep swinging! Keep Improving!

What does SweetSpot help improve?

You felt like you took a good swing, and you know you heard that barrel sound, and you definitely felt the smoothness in your hands, but you never saw where you hit it. If you didn’t know, on standard BBCOR baseball bats, what we call the “barrel” is about a 2-inch wide area, that provides the most amount of power when compared with any other part of the bat. However, the “sweetspot” is the singular point of the barrel where hit distance and exit velocity is maximized. And that hit from earlier, the one that you crushed? That hit actually only hit the edge of the barrel, leaving room for improvement that you didn’t even know was there. That’s where we comes in. At SweetSpot, we are determined to give visual aid on each hit you take, helping you adjust and improve your game, one mark at a time.
